INNOVATION
In collaboration with Paul Spooner Design we launched a range of 3D printed deck hardware under the name Orca Yacht Hardware, produced in stainless steel or titanium. The range of blocks, tracks and cars have been designed primarily with the Spirit of Tradition and Classic yacht market in mind, but would be equally at home on any deck where style and aesthetics are as important as sail handling and performance.
These truly remarkable pieces of modern engineering have been 3D printed in 316 stainless steel by K3D in the Netherlands in order to form the complex, streamlined styling and create a central honeycomb structure to reduce weight wherever possible; they are like nothing else on the market today.
